I RACCONTI CON LE MMAGINI DI UN ARCHITETTO CHIAMATO STYLIST

STORIES THROUGH IMAGES BY AN ARCHITECT CALLED STYLIST

Profilo

I first attended art studies during high school and then graduated in architecture at Milan Politecnico. After some years of collaboration with an interior design pratice, I started freelancing and devoted myself to “designing stories through images” for media and brands.

Styling

From a brief, shared with the customer, I come up with a concept and the definition of a mood and a style of reference: a project described by my drawings for the definition of a photo-shooting location or set, with the following research and selection of furniture and accessories, to be positioned on set.I personally deal with suppliers and logistics, following the daily life of set construction and verifying the coherence of results.

The effectiveness of a narration is granted by the quality of the “mis en scène”, by the definition of images and details, by knowledge of media, targets and languages, and by respecting of times and budget : this is what I learnt during my professional activity throughout the years.

Disegno mano libera

Free hand drawings

My proposals for interiors, scenographies, photo-sets and layouts.

Presenting my sketches, layouts and scale drawings, I discuss them with the customers and their collaborators for the definition of a shared project.

Drawing allows me to express myself with an universal language, that’s easy to comprehend, and to represent important details, with a real time elaboration of changes and new options, coming from confronting other professionals.

Moodboards, iconic references and 3D renders upon request, complete the range of tools with which I am usually presenting my proposals.
